I want to find the board myself

First compare the PCB reference printed on the board, then revision, interface and photos. The drive model and DCM are useful if you have them, but they do not replace the PCB reference.

Send the information you have and, if possible, two clear photos of the board. We check the match without promising automatic compatibility.

Important. A PCB replacement is meant for data recovery, not for putting the drive back into long-term service. If the drive starts again, copy or image the data immediately, then stop using that drive as a reliable storage device.
